The stock has reversed itself and has moved higher, making us negative net delta.  Rolling over the lowest-strike short call will increase net delta:

BTC 2 IWM 15Feb19 152 calls (IWM190215C152)
STO 2 IWM 22Feb19 152 calls (IWM190222C152) for a credit of $.64 (selling a calendar)

Be prepared to change these prices by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
