BTC 1 JNJ 07Dec18 146 call (JNJ181207C146)
STO 1 JNJ 14Dec18 148 call (JNJ181214C148) for a credit of $.20 (selling a diagonal)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
