STO 1 MA 09Dec16 102 call (MA161209C102) for a credit of $.54  (selling a vertical)

BTC 2 MA 09Dec16 104 puts (MA161209P104)
STO 2 MA 09Dec16 102 puts (MA161209P102) for a debit of $1.45  (buying a vertical)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
