STO 1 MA 30Dec16 106 call (MA161230C106) for a debit of $2.35  (buying a diagonal)

 

BTC 2 MA 23Dec16 103 puts (MA161223P103) for a debit limit of $.02 (no commission)

 

BTC 3 MA 23Dec16 104 puts (MA161223P104) for a debit limit of $.02 (no commission)

 

If the above two trades execute:

 

STO 3 MA 30Dec16 104 puts (MA161230P104) for $.47

STO 2 MA 30Dec16 105 puts (MA161230P105) for $.87

 

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
