We can start getting set up for next month.  We will use the Jan2-14 weekly options because they are exactly 4 weeks out and offer strikes at every dollar increment whereas the Jan-14 options do not:

BTC 1 COST DEC2 13 127 call (COST131213C127) for $.02 (no commission)

STO 2 COST Jan2-14 120 calls (COST140110C120) for a limit of $1.70

STO 2 COST Jan2-14 122 calls (COST140110C122) for a limit of  $.94

BTO 2 COST Apr-14 120 calls (COST140419C120)
STC 2 COST Apr-14 125 calls (COST140419C125) for a debit of $2.03  (buying a vertical)
