The stock has gone up enough for us to adjust a little to pick up some premium:

 

STO 3 COST SEP-15 145 calls (COST150918C145) for a limit of $.79 

BTO 2 COST Oct-15 140 calls (COST151016C140)
STC 2 COST Oct-15 145 calls (COST151016C145) for a debit limit of $1.85  (buying a vertical)

STC 1 COST Oct-15 145 call (COST151016C145) for a limit of $2.03

BTO 3 COST Oct-15 140 calls (COST151016C140)
STC 3 COST Oct-15 150 calls (COST151016C150) for a debit limit of $2.87  (buying a vertical)

STO 3 COST SEP1-15 140 calls (COST150904C140) for a limit of $1.58

STO 3 COST SEP2-15 140 calls (COST150911C140) for a limit of $2.00 

If these do not execute in 3 minutes, change the limits by $.02 and try again for 3 minutes, and repeat this process until an execution is successful.
