STO 1 COST Sep1-15 149 call (COST150904C149) for $.65

BTO 2 COST Jan-16 145 calls (COST160115C145)
STC 2 COST Oct-15 145 calls (COST151016C145) for a debit of $2.40  (buying a calendar)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
