There is very little premium remaining in our short 150 calls and we can collect enough to add on another spread:

 

BTC 3 COST Aug-15 150 calls (COST150821C150)
STO 3 COST Aug4-15 146 calls (COST150828C146) for a credit of $1.34  (selling a diagonal)

BTO 1 COST Jan-16 145 call (COST160115C145)
STO 1 COST Sep2-15 145 call (COST150911C145) for a debit of $4.00  (buying a calendar)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
