BTO 15 VXX APR2 13 21.5 calls (VXX130412C21.5)
STO 30 VXX APR2 13 23 calls (VXX130412C23)
BTO 15 VXX APR2 13 24.5 calls (VXX130412C24.5) for a debit of $.15  (buying a butterfly) 

Be prepared to change this price limit by $.02 or more in order to get an execution.
