Yesterday, in his address to Congress, President Biden said the United States is in competition with China to win the 21st Century. And he called for large-scale government investment in Research and Development to ensure that the US will “develop and dominate the products and technologies of the future: advanced batteries, biotechnology, computer chips, and clean energy.”
