If you're interested in continuing to work with the awakening of your pineal gland, check out Tom Kenyon's recording set called Pineal Dimensional Attunement. I'm using these myself and they are quite strong. You don't have to listen to the whole set every time. You can start slowly and build up to listening to the whole program.
