Subject: Niche Websites - easy to start. Hard to get right

I have built a few niche websites - easy to start. Too bad I did not have Kevin Fahey's Niche Websites checklist when I began. I would have skipped out a bunch of missteps and mistakes.

His latest checklist is all about Niche Websites - get the niche tight is lesson one. I never did that. Maybe you know the feeling.

I share some of the story in my review blog post and video. I did say I was gong to make that - find that on my blog. The blog covers the main products, the upsells, Kevin's fab b0nuses and my b0nuses, all about niche marketing, authority marketing, blogging secrets, content marketing and headline writing PLUS some freebie products to sell.

Imagine having 18 checklists in 5 different formats with private label rights covering niche websites. You can use them to fix your own websites and you can sell them as a product, maybe as a video course.

There are a few things you can do with these checklists.

#1 – Educate Yourself – These checklists were originally created for Kevin's students to follow, giving them a solid, proven step by step process to complete any task.

#2 – Create Quality Blogs Posts – The checklists tell you the topics you need to cover. Do the research and answer the questions and jam those into blog posts using specific checklists.

#3 – Create Lead Magnets – You have the right to give these checklists away individually as lead magnets which is precisely what I do with good results. Examine this sample I made for the first niche websites checklist

#4 – Rebrand & Resell – Easily rebrand the checklists, include links to recommended products for services where you get commissions and build a buyers list.

#5 – Done For You Product Idea – Each checklist series took weeks to create ensuring every part is covered on that particular topic in fab detail. The hardest part about creating a product is “the idea” and then “the complete outline”. All the work is done for you.
