Your other question: You were added to my list on June 12, 2019. I use a service called ResultsFuel.com run by Michael Somerville in Canada. His service works to provide targeted subscribers to email lists for his customers. You will find his website here.
What will have happened is you will have joined one of his lists through one of his campaigns. He does not buy lists. His systems will have identified that your profile matches his understanding of my required targeting. So your email was added to one of my lists.
Your email has me intrigued. I have had a look at the activity logs. The emails about Time Management this week were the first ones you opened (out of about 140). Good to know that at last I found a topic that was interesting enough for you to open an email.
