Most YouTubers have no real plan.
Their subscribers usually consist of their girlfriend/boyfriend, mom, grandma and maybe a couple o' supportive friends. And it is quite likely they have no passion in their topic either
It's a tough pill to swallow, I know...and I'm not knocking it because pretty much everyone experiences this at some point.
So...I wanna tell you about something that can possibly help my fellow video marketers out.
