Subject: Lessons in Coping with Depression

Greetings

It has been a while - two months of a while between blog posts. 

The markets crashed on February 21. My mind flew back to March 2001 and March 2009 when I lived through the last two market crashes. My portfolios took over 6 years to recover from 2009. I am still not ahead from the 2001 crash. 

I was not surprised to land in the black hole of depression. I have learned a lot since then. I wrote a blog post about the things that work for me - small wins, exercise, sunshine, goof cooking and savoured wine.

I have not been totally idle on the blogging front. I have been using a fitness app, called Actifit to track daily activity - in fact I have made 81 posts since early February and have earned cryptocurrency for doing that. The link is in the post too.
