I went to a wealth management seminar this weekend.

Bad news is get rich schemes do not work. Well, not for you they don’t!!

Good news is there are 4 paths to get rich or at least to build a passive income

1. From 25 on save all you can in a tax protected saving vehicle and invest it
2. Get to the top in your corporation and save half your salary and invest it
3. Invest in real estate (property) and collect rents.
4. Build a business.

Bad news if you are 35 or older. Bad news if you are not a corporate executive. Bad news if you do not have capital to invest in property or your bank does not believe in you.

It is not all bad news. If you can dedicate some time every day and better if you have some spare cash (two coffees fewer a day or a dinner out once a week less might do it), you can start your own business.

It is not that hard. Find some customers. Get them to buy your stuff and do it again and again.
