- 80% of sales comes from 20% - so out of 1,000 people
- 50% of sales come from 8 people
- 4% buy 64%
- 1% buy 50%
The big learning is to work it. If you only do two tasks a day, best make sure they are focused on the 1% that might buy 50%, or the 4% that might buy 64%, or just the 20% - ignore the rest. Work out how to avoid spending time on tyre kicker 80%.
