I have a few passions that work for me. - Long distance cycling - I have cycled across Australia 8 times. Context: Australia is as big as USA. The open road is my place of peace.
- Orchid spotting - I go bush walking 3 to 4 times a week. I ride my bike to a spot and go walking to find orchids. Two new species found on my local tracks this week. The bush is also my place of peace
- Cooking - for me cooking is art and science combined and amazing therapy to wash away a day's challenges - and it tastes great. Healthy food from fresh ingredients is powerful medicine too.
