Thanks so much to everyone who joined us for our Studio Gathering this past Wednesday! If you missed out -- no need to stress -- we are gathering again in just two weeks :)


We are excited to announce our November 8th Studio Gathering, which will prominently feature students from our studio accompanied by Merideth Kaye Clark on guitar. RSVP soon.


Our October Song Studio class is tonight, with spots still available for classes in November and December.


And Merideth Kaye Clark has a few sessions that have become available Oct 29th and Nov 5th!

CONCERTS

Let's gather (again!) in Autumn and celebrate our effervescent vocalists with a cozy and heart-felt concert! This November gathering will feature students from our studio and the accompaniment of Merideth Kaye Clark on guitar.


This is a relaxed, joyful Studio Gathering. Our Studio Gatherings are an opportunity for our students to perform for each other, to share what they are learning in their music lessons, and for friends and family to support their loved ones. Audiences will be invited to join in on the sing-a-long songs!


WHEN: November 8th, 2024 at 7:00pm.

WHERE: Resound NW, 1532 SW Jefferson St, Portland, OR

WHO: Friends & family of our singers are most welcome, as is the general public. Our concerts are a great opportunity for prospective students to come and see what we do!


TICKETS: Free! No registration required, just come!

BRING: Something to offer to our Potluck table, if you wish. A snack, main dish, salad, or drink to share is great! Wine is ok, and plates/cups/napkins will be provided.

WHAT IS SONG STUDIO? Song Studio is an opportunity for our community to come together through singing and provide a supportive environment to practice performing.  After a period of group singing and warm-up, this class focuses on individual performances from students.


In this class, you will develop:

  3. Musical Style

  4. Performance Skills

SoulSinging is an innovative group singing journey that is equal parts choir, singing class, and supportive community. While exploring exciting and diverse musical styles, this group empowers participants to be holistic, mindful singing artists. Focusing on the skills and attention required to create dynamic ensemble performances, participants will learn the potency of singing together.
