Music Mastery Group at Resound NW
Musicians and songwriters are invited to gather for a Music Mastery group, taking place at Resound NW on October 21 from 7:30-9:00pm!
Hosted by Max Ribner and Resound NW's own Sophie Lippert.
Max Ribner has studied music for 23 years, received a degree from Berklee College of Music and created a successful music career. He has recently returned from touring internationally with Nahko and Medicine for the People, and is honored to share his expertise with the Resound NW community.
Whether you are just starting out, have some experience or are a professional, this group is great for you!
Join a group of fellow artists for support in areas such as:
Finishing a song or writing a bridge
Creating catchy melodies
Opening up new chord structures
Creating diversity in your album
Arranging for a full band
Exploring any style of music: Folk, Soul, Funk, Jazz, Singer-Songwriter, Gospel, Latin, Electronic and Classical.

Calling all Portland performers! The world needs your unique voice and story! Are you a Portland musical theater performer (or an actor who sings) looking to build your solo performance skills, workshop an idea for a "cabaret" piece or simply seeking an opportunity to work on new material outside of your usual audition repertoire? Join local cabaret dynamos Courtney Freed and Darcy White as they embark on a six week journey to help you develop your specific and unique voice in a professional, supportive and fun environment. |

Upcoming Song Studio Classes
"Song Studio" is a performance class where Resound NW students perform a song they have prepared and receive valuable coaching on their performance. The class includes a mini-lesson for each student plus a professional pianist to accompany them.
This class is fun, low-key, and an exciting way to learn about the craft of singing!
