| Mind and Body Health for Singers(Rescheduled for THIS Saturday!)

A NEW Workshop for Singers! Connect with like-minded music lovers and bolster your vocal health! Resound NW is pleased to announce we will be offering a brand new workshop on Mind and Body Health for Singers. Designed to both educate singers on achieving optimum health for their voices and help them develop specific health and musical goals, this workshop promises to cover a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, the following: - How your voice is affected by factors such as stress, diet and lack of sleep
- How to create a routine for vocal strength and consistency
- Techniques for identifying blockages in the body and removing them
- Education on nutrition, movement and mindfulness (meditation and breathing techniques)
- Education on the chakras, focusing specifically on the throat and heart
- Education about the three Ayurvedic doshas: Kapha, Pitta and Vata, PLUS a quiz to determine your individual constitution
In a nurturing and supportive environment, workshop participants will enjoy a combination of group singing and individualized health plans created to foster life-long mind/body balance, vocal strength and confidence. |

Come support our students in a public performance at the German American School Holiday Market!
Resound NW students will be performing Sunday, November 23, at 12:45 pm, at the German American School, located at 3900 SW Murray Blvd. Beaverton, OR 97005.

| | Song Studio Classes
"Song Studio" is a performance class where Resound NW students perform a song they have prepared and received valuable coaching on their performance. The class includes a mini-lesson for each student plus a professional pianist to accompany you.
This class is fun, low-key, and an exciting way to learn about the craft of singing!

Daniel Buchanan Celebrate the holidays with singing! Now in it's third year, the Resound NW Holiday Sing-Along Spectacular is fun evening of group singing and special performances. Lyrics for holiday songs will be provided. Food and drinks will available for purchase from the wonderful folks at White Space/Cerulean Winery.
