| Summer in Portland can be amazing: Beautiful weather! Outdoor festivals! Camping! Lots of light and time in the sun!
However, in all of the flurry of activity and excitement, sometimes we need a moment to rest; a chance to rejuvenate and center ourselves.
In
"Summer Centering," Daniel and Abby Buchanan provide an opportunity to
relax, to focus, and to feel connected to our deeper selves.
Participants will experience a powerful collection of music, voice, and sound. Abby Buchanan, recently returned from sound therapy training in Nepal, will play a concert on handmade Nepali singing bowls and on guitar. Daniel Buchanan will lead the group in meditative singing and perform a number of songs to calm your spirit.
This summer event will be held twice and each gathering will be a unique collection of music and sound.

voices to be heard and respected. Yes, we’re having two shows
back to back on the same night! Join us on Saturday, August 3rd for
story-telling theater at it’s finest. Our first show, at 6 pm, will be geared and priced especially for families. Our second show, at 8 pm, is for ages 16 and up. |
