This event will last approximately one hour.
There is nothing like singing together! Our voices rise, we meet one another in melody and harmony, and something EXTRAORDINARY happens.
"Harmony Explosion!" is a fast-paced, communal experience to explore the richness that comes from singing in harmony. Led by Daniel Buchanan, this relaxed, fun event welcomes singers of all levels to participate in part singing.
We will explore music rich in harmony from a variety of traditions, such as:

relax, to focus, and to feel connected to our deeper selves.

Resound NW Group Voice Classes are an exciting way to learn more about your voice and increase your confidence as a singer. Each class is a unique collective experience, designed to provide a supportive environment for learning.
Each class begins with a group warm-up.
The warm-up is a way to get our voices loose and our bodies moving.
It helps us become present to each other and prepare for our work
together.
Following the warm-up, each student receives individual attention with the instructor. This "mini-lesson" may cover areas such as:

| | Portland Symphonic Choir Summer Sings
Hanker for Handel? Feeling a little Faure? Begging for Bach? Whether
you sing in a church choir, a school choir, or a choir for one in the
shower, Summer Sings is open to you, and to all who love choral
singing. Scheduled over three consecutive Wednesdays in July, singers of
all ages and ability get to sing great choral works with members of the
Portland Symphonic Choir, and led by some of the finest conductors in
the Pacific Northwest:
