Come join us for our next Studio Gathering! Held at our lovely studios in the Goose Hollow neighborhood of Portland, our Studio Gathering is an opportunity for our students to share their talents and our community to come together. It is FREE and open to the public. Potluck will be provided by our staff and performing students. Wine and beer are permitted. Friends and family of all ages are welcome! This event is part of Make Music Day PDX, an annual event celebrated throughout the city. (Read more below.)

What is Make Music Day PDX?
Make Music Day PDX is an event for people who love music and the joyous sense of community it fosters. Make Music Day PDX grew out of the Fête de la Musique, which originated in France in 1982 and is gaining traction in a number of American cities.
A celebration of all music played by and enjoyed by people of all stripes, Make Music Day PDX is a call to participation: Music for the People, By the People. It is an invitation to all musicians, amateur as well as professional, to share music on or near June 21 every year. We invite everyone to show up and enjoy the music!
The next Make Music Day PDX will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2019, at locations all around Portland. It is free and open to the public! Check out the website here.

Did you know the Resound NW studios are available to rent? Our facility is a beautiful, diverse, and flexible community arts and event space ideally suited for a variety of uses.

We offer rentals for single events and ongoing uses with daytime, evening, and weekend availability at reasonable rates. Building amenities include: kitchenette, bathroom, waiting rooms, water coolers, tea, and free street parking.

Upcoming Song Studio Classes
"Song Studio" is a performance class where Resound NW students perform a song they have prepared and receive valuable coaching on their performance. The class includes a mini-lesson for each student plus a professional pianist to accompany them.
This class is fun, low-key, and an exciting way to learn about the craft of singing!
