| Fully booked does not necessarily mean fully seated. Far too often, existing table capacities are not completely exhausted, for example when a group of 4 is placed at a table of 8. | | With the new online multiple seating* feature, you can automatically allow the system to share tables that are not completely occupied for online reservations. | | | Our new option only takes effect if all available tables have actually already been occupied once. To avoid overbooking, resmio always consider the maximum table capacity you have specified. Any specified table combinations will not be occupied more than once.
| You can activate the online multiple reservation of tables under Settings > Bookings > Table plan > Basic settings. | | | | Customize guest emails in your brand colors | | From now on, you can also customize guest emails in your brand colors*. You have full creative control over every aspect, including the header, the footer, the background color, and the buttons. | | You can customize automated email notifications to guests under "Settings" > "Guests" > "Guest Emails". | | Increased productivity with the iPad app | We have added further frequently requested convenience enhancements to our iPad app "resmio Tables". | | Occupied tables with a duration of stay of < 15 minutes are now highlighted in red in the iPad app.
The color coding makes it easier for service staff to identify still occupied tables in the system and, if necessary, to increase the length of stay for the current booking.
| | User logging can now be disabled separately for creating walk-ins. Until now, logging for created bookings always required a responsible staff member to be specified, even for walk-ins. However, with the new option, an exception can be made for walk-ins, saving time.
