Get a clearer overview of feedbacks plus a streamlined rating system for guests using stars: Your feedback management via resmio is better than ever!

The new 5-star system

Customer reviews are an key marketing lever. At the same time, guest feedback shows where there is room for improvement in the kitchen and service.


To enable guests to evaluate your dining service in a sophisticated way, we have migrated our feedback management to the reliable 5-star system.

Your guests can now review their restaurant experience in a maximum of four predefined categories on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. This way, you get a swift overview of the aspects in which there are potential shortcomings.


You can set up in your system under "Settings" > "Guests" > "Feedback & Google Reviews" which review categories should be available.

Avoiding bad Google reviews

Negative feedback from guests hurts, especially on Google. That's why resmio only redirects guests to Google if they rate your restaurant with an average of at least 4 stars.* With 3 stars or less, the rating is only listed in resmio.

* Requires: Your system has "Google Reviews Redirects" enabled under "Settings" > "Guests" > "Feedback & Google reviews". Marketing Add-on or Ultimate plan required.

Filter by ratings

Improved organization and transparency: The fully redesigned feedback dashboard now allows you to filter reviews based on their rating and the period of time they were published on resmio. Previously unanswered customer reviews can now also be accessed with just two clicks.


Still not getting any feedback via resmio?!

Then it's about time! Starting with the PREMIUM plan, you can view and get guest feedback.


By using the marketing add-on, you can also refer guests who have already rated their restaurant experience favorably on resmio to Google.


As a result, you gain more positive and, above all, regularly new recommendations - a vital and competitive advantage!
