So another NFP comes and goes and really has no effect on us to speak of (I think we had one open trade…the CJ Buy…which reached TP1 prior to the release so it was a more or less locked in break-even result. By the time the dust settled from the NFP the rest of the pending trades had moved away from the entries significantly, so my day was basically over by 9 a.m.
Tonight we have a lot of insignificant news leading into a morning session where Canada and the US are closed for business, so it has to be tonight or nothing. Since we do have JPY, EUR and GBP news on tap I’ll go ahead and put up all five pairs but I’m not expecting real trading to begin before the Tuesday sessions.
