Subject: Waiting to Exhale, Friend?

inspiring leaders to thrive
Dear Friend,

If you've wondered at all about the radio silence regarding the inclusive vitual gathering of OUR HUMANITY RISING, what I can only describe as the Zeitgeit of our times temporarily halted its progress. Perhaps you also experienced this unexpected void-like space in forward movement that caused Aine Dee and I to pause our Catalytic Co-Creation.

Now we are resuming movement forward with a clearer and more compelling desire to co-create a respectful and safe place where brave souls can engage differently, share their best, and be on a bold quest to clarify, focus, and optimize our efforts for the individual and collective elevation of humanity.

Where...
  • Together we explore an evolutionary context, an evolving personal and collective human development framework, processes, approaches, and practices that support all of us.
  • Openness, inclusiveness, and understanding without having to be in agreement broadens our vistas and reveals what we aren't able to see when views are limited.
So I will let you know as soon as the OUR HUMANITY RISING Gateway Call: Invitation to Sanity is ready for your participation.

Waiting to Exhale
Too often 'all the oxygen in the room', if not the atmosphere, seems to be consumed by overwhelmingly distressful daily events and news—real and fake. This has the effect of taking your breath away and leaving you gasping for fresh air (even without realizing it). In essence, it has you breathing in lots of angst and dread and waiting to exhale.

On a recent call with other coaches we discussed the impact of this on us, and I was asked to share 1 of my inner peace practices. The responsive wellspring of group appreciation sparked insight and action in me. It deepened my knowing of the ease and potent positive impact on us when we engage in simple practices to intentionally pause and exhale. It inspired me to rediscover an e-book I wrote 5 years ago and to 'reimagine' (as in update and revise) it—making the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual practices in it more relevant and useful for these devastatingly difficult times.

Friend, these 1-minute practices support you in pausing to exhale so you can take wise inspired action and engage with clarity and commitment in small and large acts of conscious leadership.
Finding a way forward in these volatile, reactive, troubling and dangerous times challenges the best of who we are as human beings and leaders. To help you see what’s possible and where opportunities for viable and unexpected solutions exist, “Escape the Madness: 10 One-Minute Inner Peace Practices to keep you sane, confident & on track” invites you to experience in a moment, at any time and any where, renewed energy and revitalized resilience that enable you to express powerfully the best of who you are.

No more waiting to exhale, Friend. So if this 30-page e-book sounds like it could help you navigate (from within yourself) the unholy madness assaulting us daily, you can purchase it on Amazon for $9.99. And, if you find it useful, please let me know which inner peace practices work best for you.

Simply the Best,
Sylvia
