Daily Power List- much different than “daily to do list.”
Two causes of daily anxiety & discouragement-
1️⃣ Not being specific with your “to do” list actions.
2️⃣ Not listing & executing daily actions in order* based on highest priority.
This is where understanding how to use a Power List comes in handy.
Steps & Rules to Use Your Power List Efficiently.

Easy signs you need a Power List:
✔️You’re always blaming “time” on not starting or completing task-
✔️You’re not making progress in areas of life you want* to make progress in-
✔️You feel stagnant & lost- with no clear direction on how to reach your goals.
This feeling is the root reason you procrastinate-
Which the root reason you to always “run out of time”.
Which is the reason you do not make progress-
Which is the reason you feel discouraged.
All* which will be* the reason you give up- IF* you continue doing what you’re currently doing.

Every person needs to learn how to efficiently* use a Daily Power List- especially if you have goals.
As you start building & using your Power List- keep in mind that every small specific action you do daily- should* be important- & should* in some way- move you closer to your goals.
If a small specific action does not move you closer to your goals- then it has no purpose- so why are you doing it?
This is a reflection question to ask yourself every day- especially* if you find yourself feeling discouraged.
Something I remind clients of often if/when they feel discouraged in their weekly check in-
“When your current daily schedule & actions are efficiently aligned with your goals- you’ll never feel discouragement in your weekly check in.
That lack of discouragement doesn’t* come from you being perfect- the previous week.
Rather from- your conscious efforts to make intentional decisions & take intentional actions- that efficiently move you forward in all areas of life.
When you know* you could not made a better decision- & given the same situation again- you would make that same decision- is a powerful place to be.
This is “living in alignment”. If you feel discouraged- let’s dig into & address- the root cause.
This will allow us to put together an intentional plan- that guarantees you don’t think/feel or look the same way next week”
