Which form of cardio is better for fat loss- HIIT or SST (LISS & MISS)⁣?

To answer the question…⁣


Neither HIIT or SST rain more superior to the other when it comes to losing body fat.

The real questions you should ask yourself when deciding which form of cardio is right for you- based on your goals-

☝🏼"Does my current nutrition reflect fat loss?” ⁣


If not, no type of cardio will not help you lose weight. 

‼️Dial in your nutrition- then add cardio. ⁣

If so, how long have you been consistent with this nutrition? 

‼️Anything less than 2 weeks, keep going. ⁣

Longer than two weeks?

‼️ Add 1-2 SST sessions/week- then analyze the data & adjust from there after 3-4 weeks of consistency.

✌🏼”Which form of cardio can I see myself doing long term?”⁣

Cardio is a tool for sustainable fat loss- 

👏🏼 only when done consistently & paired with proper nutrition. 

If you choose a HIIT form of cardio- you will NOT be consistent with it long enough to see sustainable results. ⁣


Not because you don’t have the ability, drive or dedication- but because your body isn’t made to function under such high intensity.


The body will see this high intensity as consistent stress- which keeps cortisol high- & the ability to lose weight- impossible.
