This is the part 99% of women skip- mostly due to lack of knowledge- & lack of patience.
Every women wants a quick fix to weight loss- even after proven over & over quick fixes are not sustainable long term.
If sustainable weight loss is your goal- which I don’t know why it wouldn’t be- my advice is- take this time- be patient with yourself & hire a coach.
Someone who can walk you step by step- read & apply the data so you don’t waste any more time, money & energy on programs you know won’t last.
