There are a million reasons every women should track macros- & the earlier in life you do- the more freedom you’ll have- mentally & physically. 


You don’t have to track food for years- 6-12 months of intentional tracking- is plenty of time to gain enough knowledge about food & your body to reach your goals. 


This knowledge & understanding will allow you to forever navigate life events- birthdays, holidays, vacations- weekends- without the anxieties of the unknown & unexpected.

Now we’re going to talk about step two in- my Guide Towards Food Freedom. 


This is the part 99% of women skip- mostly due to lack of knowledge- & lack of patience. 


Every women wants a quick fix to weight loss- even after proven over & over quick fixes are not sustainable long term. 


If sustainable weight loss is your goal- which I don’t know why it wouldn’t be- my advice is-  take this time- be patient with yourself & hire a coach.


Someone who can walk you step by step- read & apply the data so you don’t waste any more time, money & energy on programs you know won’t last.

Tempo” refers to the speed & time under tension that muscle fibers work- for each rep within a set- while strength training. 


➿ Concentric phase- when the muscle is being shortened. 

〰️ Eccentric phase- when the muscle is being lengthened. 

Isometric contraction- when the muscle is tightened at it’s fullest.
