The most common question I get asked by every person:
”Can I drink alcohol and still make progress towards my weight loss goals?”
My answer: “Yes, but make sure you stay realistic with your expectations of progress.”
Meaning- you can* make progress without completely eliminating alcohol- but it will be slower- since alochol & weight loss work completely against each other in the body.
“How much slower?” This depends on how much progress you’re willing to sacrifice. The more drinks & the more often you drink- the less progress & slower progress you’ll make.
Instead of letting the idea of not being able to drink alcohol stop you from starting your journey-
Let it fuel you to start your journey- so you can really enjoying alochol- in a body you LOVE.

Too often- people link tracking macros to increasing anxiety. 99% of the time- the person making this connection is someone who struggles with anxiety- in all* areas of life.
Being that I have anxiety- & at one time- a very high level- I can relate 100% if you’ve said- “I can’t track macros- because it causes too much anxiety.” I’m here to tell you a few things…
1️⃣ Learning how to effectively use Flexible Dieting- will be the only* sustainable way of eating you ever learn.
So if you want sustainable weight loss- you’re going to have to learn this approach at some point in your life. You can learn now- or you can learn later. It comes down to how much longer you want to look, feel & be the women you are today.
2️⃣ When you do choose to start learning- you’ll also* have to learn how to control your anxiety- ideally, without* meditation.
Without learning simultaneously how to control your anxiety- you won’t outlast your old self- long enough to get to your new self- giving yourself no chance of sustainable weight loss.
3️⃣ Your anxiety is rooted in your ignorance to the unknown. Which is silly when you think about it because the unknown hasn’t happened yet.
So why would you let something that hasn’t happened yet- prevent you from making what you want* happen?
4️⃣ You can* 100% track macros, learn Flexible Dieting, lower anxiety, lose weight & change your entire life… all at the same time.
You just have to want* to change those things- more than you want to make excuses- knowing your excuses will only keep you where you're at today.
Remember, you’re always* going to be, do & believe anything you tell yourself. So make sure you control what you tell yourself.
