THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING HERE!


How did the first month of 2023 go? Did you follow through with the goals you set for yourself? 


If so- I’m very proud of you- keep up the momentum! If not- it’s NBD- you can start RIGHT NOW- & you’ve got plenty of time. One thing I always remind clients- 


It’s not the destination you’re searching for- with all these new habits you’re trying to adopt in order have a healthier body, mind & life. 


It’s the process of learning, applying, messing up- relearning, reapplying & finally getting it right- that make the journey to your destination worth wild. 


I’ve been in the diet/health industry for over 10 years now so believe me when I say… if you’re simply trying to better yourself- in any way- you’re doing more then 99% of the world.


So keep going- keep striving to be 1% better- every single day & be proud of yourself- for every small step forward you take.

“Lose 20 pounds in the first month.” “Lose weight without any exercise." “Drink one shake a day to reduce stubborn belly fat." "Speed up your metabolism with our fat burning pill." I could go on- but you’ve heard it all- so I’ll save us both time. 


Flexible Dieting doesn't have a big market strategy because it's not a "diet."


Rather a simple way of eating- based on science- that's guarantees to work for all individuals- no matter their age, weight, current health, lifestyle, goals &/or food preferences. 


Flexible Dieting has given myself & thousands- probably millions- of other women- the confidence & freedom to eat foods they love- while still reaching their health/weight loss goals. You deserve those same feelings of confidence & freedom in your own body!

Knowing everything I know now- verse when I started my journey in 2013- I teach ONE concept at a time- this helps to keep the journey from becoming overwhelming.

As always- my YouTube channel is linked at the bottom of each training block- where you'll find over 500 different exercises- categorized by muscle groups. As well as full-at-home workouts you can easily follow along with- any where life takes you!

I’ll leave you until next month with another piece of wisdom from my Dad.


In 2015 when I opened the Francis (a restaurant in our town)- the first few weeks were- to this day- some of the hardest weeks of my life.


16 hour days- 100+ employees- satisfied & unsatisfied customers- no real direction with anything we were doing- just doing our best- every second of every day. I'd call my Dad in tears every night at midnight- & he would ask me the same question every night-


"Did you do everything you could do today to the best of your abilities?" I'd say- "Yes sir." Then he'd say- "Good- now go home, get some rest & do it again tomorrow."


To this day- I ask myself that question every night- & I'm 100% honest with my answer. This answer helps me reflect on the days actions/inactions- which gives me the opportunity to change what could've been more efficient- &/or be proud of the task I was able to complete.


Rather than- not reflect- not be honest- & continue being inefficient with my time & energy- &/or continue being unrealistic with my daily expectations- BOTH being the root cause of anxiety.


Try asking yourself this question at the end of every day. I'd love to hear how much your daily self awareness & fulfillment increases- while daily anxiety decreases.
