This is the exact daily tracker I use myself- & have clients use to collect & access daily energy in & energy out. In their weekly check in- I look over their data sheet- plus a few other pieces of data- to make any adjustments in protocols for the upcoming week. NOTE: adjustments are made to any* of the variables listed- as each one- NOT one* single variable- plays a huge- role in weight loss, fat loss, body recomp & building muscle.
