This newsletter has been a dream of mine for years- & just like every dream- if you stay focused, consistent & patient- if you work hard every day- in time- you’ll have everything you could ever dream of.
My goal- like always- is to teach- lead & show you how to balance life WITH your health & fitness goals- WITHOUT restrictions. Notice* I didn’t say- “without sacrifice.”
You’ll never achieve anything in life without sacrifice- & it alway comes down to- what’s worth sacrificing to YOU- as every person is different.
What & why people make the sacrifices they do- is always very personal & individualized. So comparing your health & fitness journey to anyone else- is completely unfair as you don’t know their why- which is the biggest driver behind their success.
Throughout your journey- stay focused on you- on your why. Why do you want to lose weight? Why do you want to gain control of your health? Why do you want to quit drinking? Why do you want to learn healthier habits?
This journey isn't easy- & it's not for everyone- if it were- you would already have the body & health you want. So expect hardships- expect learning curves & relearning curves- expect your "friends" to "not get you" & ask questions- repeatedly. Expect hard days- weeks- sometimes even months- because that's life & in my mind- life is going to happen whether I plan my food- track my food- weigh 300 lbs or 150 lbs. The only thing 100% in my control- every day- is what I put in my mouth. So if that means I have to plan & prep what I put in my mouth- so I feel strong enough mentally & physically to conquer anything life throws at me- that's easy enough- I'll do every day.
