Join the challenge and ask them to join with you. Together you can tackle the issues. They will often not join it alone for fear of being exposed or not being able to do it or having tried many things and failed to change before. Your presence together can help them.
This Challenge isn't just about dealing with the symptoms. We are going to explore the root causes, the thinking, believes, past experiences that trigger the current problem. We will do lots to help you stay in the present moment and turn off the switch. The daily post will do some energy medicine for you and explain the assignment for the day.
