Getting it Write (or at least Written)

How do you let go of things at the end of the day?

If you’re not sleeping well, you’re probably not letting go of the day’s trials and small stresses at all. In fact, you’re quite likely hanging onto things you shouldn’t. This results in insomnia, sleep which doesn’t leave you feeling rested, or waking up with a dull feeling as though you’re already weighed down with the cares of the day when the day hasn’t even started yet. The key? Finding a way to release pent up emotion and circuitous thoughts.

Have you considered journaling? Hate writing, dictate a memo to yourself on your phone and turn it into a text to save.

By writing things down, you do two things. You create a record of the day, which might come in handy later when you want to remember something in particular. But you also give yourself a space to work through your thoughts and explore how the day made you feel.

Journaling releases the stress of the day and leaves in its wake the memories without the sting. Better yet, it creates space for calm to take root and grow and only takes a few minutes when added to your nightly routine.

Has your focus on goals got you down?

Time to enjoy the journey and learn to be happy from the inside out. Get the free ebook and workbook when you register. Be ready to get the most out of the workshop!

More about the workshop here:

Without goals, your days can take on a certain sameness. Work is part of the same old routine. At home, you find your hours filled up in aimless pursuits. Goals change all this by giving you a framework for your life. You gain a sense of purpose as you work to make your dreams a reality. Life suddenly looks more interesting.

As you can see, goals are incredibly important to have. But are they how you
want to measure your success? Will reaching a goal give you more than momentary happiness? Will that moment outweight the effort and sacrifice you put in?

Do you want your life to be nothing more than the relentless pursuit of one goal after another? What if goals, as important as they are, turned out to be irrelevant after all?

Join me on the journey to consider another option, which might be a little more interesting and a lot less exhausting.

Striving after Goals often leads to BURNOUT. In this workshop you will learn how to STRIVE AFTER HAPPINESS and enjoy the journey while pursuing goals that matter.
