Rugby Romance News

I will release Fake A Chance On Me, the third and last book in the Bulls Rugby series, this summer.

But don’t worry, that won’t be my last rugby book because in 2027 I shall release the first book in a new rugby series! It will be set in a new rugby club and feature a whole host of new characters. I aim to release at least one rugby book from this series annually.

I’ve loved the Bulls rugby team, but I’ve learnt a lot from when I started writing Head Over Feels and in the four years since I released it. Rugby is my first love, so I won’t be stopping any time soon.

REQUEST: We’ve got Fake A Chance On Me first, and I’m looking for someone who can beta-read it. I’ve already got three readers, so I’m only looking for one person. Ideally, that person wouldn’t have read Head Over Feels or Stalling in Love. There are trigger warnings that aren’t kink-related.

If you’re interested in beta-reading my book or future books, please send me an email. By the way, my books at beta-read stage haven’t been professionally edited. I'm not looking for grammar or spelling changes from beta-readers, but I’m keen to get overall thoughts on characters, plot and setting. I also send questions to my beta-readers with the document.

Are You Interested in Signed Copies of My Books?

I've been asked by a couple of readers, if it's possible to get signed copies of my books. Now it is! This is a huge delulu goal for me. I never thought I'd be in the position to be able to do this. But I didn't think I'd have five nearly six published books either.

You can purchase them by filling out this form. I will then email you an invoice from a service called Sum Up. This invoice will give you instructions on how to pay (debit/credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay). As I've not done this before, I'm only offering it initially to those who've subscribed to my newsletter and only for those with a UK address. Please bear with me as I learn the process.

Anna P is releasing a fantastic new romance called ALMOST ALWAYS on 24th February. I've read an earlier book in this series and I loved it.

See below for the blurb, links to buy and a trope and cover image.

It was always meant to be them. Even if they didn’t know it.

Daisy Heroux and Rafferty Ames met as kids, at a time when they needed each other the most. They became friends who secretly loved each other, until hundreds of miles pulled them apart.

It’s been twenty years since she’s seen him, but Daisy’s life has moved forward. She got married and divorced, started a business and built a small, but good life. Struggles with her body and harsh memories of her childhood haven’t faded, but she’s happier now.

Meanwhile, Rafferty has been quietly struggling. Since his own divorce, he's been working two jobs as he raised his nine-year-old son alone. While he’s not looking for someone, he’s also not had the time to really consider what a relationship would be like for him now.

When he moves his son to a small town that doesn’t even appear on a map, the last thing he expects is to run into his first love. She’s not expecting him either. But this reunion encourages them to see their lives differently. The more time they spend together, the harder it becomes to ignore the growing feelings. Now, there’s so much more to consider before they take the leap.

They have to decide if love is worth the risk or if they’re forever better off as friends.

What I'm Working On Right Now

I'm preparing to release Start Your Engines and my third rugby romance is at beta-reader stage. BUT I'm on the cusp of editing one of my first drafts, and I'm not sure what to focus on next.

Would you prefer a second F1 romance in the first third of 2026 or a second bodyguard book?

Regally Binding was a single person POV, but several reviewers stated they'd have liked to have seen it in dual POV. Would you prefer the second bodyguard book in dual or single POV? I'm undecided, and I'd love your thoughts. Please send me an email, drop me a message in my DMs or wait for a poll.

EXCERPT

“One more thing,” Niki says, pointing at me through the screen. “Although I trust you to protect her without her knowing, I know your reputation with women, Dane the Dick. The pact we made as teenagers when we fought over Antoine’s sister still stands. Even though I had a chance with her, I walked away because of you.” That’s not what happened. Antoine’s sister never wanted Niki, and I was crushing on Senna but couldn’t tell him, like I can’t say anything now. “We don’t go after the same women, and you don’t get with my sister, ever.”

I laugh loudly until Niki’s glares force me to stop.

“There’s no danger of that. I can’t stand her, but we’re too old for teenage pacts,” I explain.

“Not when it comes to Senna. This is the only way I can make you behave. Promise me on your life. I can’t watch my sister get hurt like all your women have in the past. Your reputation is deserved.”

I throw my hands in the air and rock back on my chair. “Niki, I’ve always been clear with women that I’m not the settling-down type.”

“I don’t care. Give me the promise we made as teenagers. Promise me you’ll protect her and that you won’t try anything with her.”

The door opens, and Senna stares at me, her eyebrow cocked. “I heard Connor laughing. Are you two done? I’ve got balls to bust, and I’ll be starting with yours, Connor fucking Dane.”

Why does that sound so appealing?

“Promise me, Connor.”

I look between the woman I have messy feelings for and her big brother. Senna hates me, and I can’t let my thoughts about her own me again. This will be fine.

“Sure. Whatever,” I say with a roll of my eyes. “But I’m not going to make this easy for anyone.”

I glance at Senna, who says in a way that has me pressing those nails deeper into my hands as my belly coils, “You want trouble, Dane? Bring it on, because I’m all in.”
