Dear Friend,

On January 1, 2025, I awoke to discover that my entire 7-body system was in a major detox. The physical symptoms felt somewhat flu-like, but there were emotional, mental, and spiritual symptoms, too. I wasn't "sick," although some of the symptoms felt like sickness.

Over the course of 2024 my physical body had let go of several toxic metals, one at a time and somewhat overlapping. I had considered that challenging. For the last weeks of November and all of December, I was depressed and anxious. This is also a form of detoxification.

During January, my body was dumping toxic chemicals. Since there are so many of them on this planet, I didn't even bother to try to figure out which ones. I focused on supporting my body through this process and convincing myself that I would make it through. This was the biggest challenge I had ever experienced in terms of detoxification and clearing.

My spiritual resolve to see the Ascension through and complete my service to humanity, animals, and Mother Gaia seemed to wane. I just wanted to be done - finished with everything. My two feline companions, Starlight and Melissa, were essential in keeping me going. I'm sure there were days I wouldn't have gotten out of bed except that they were here lovingly supporting me and needing to be fed and cared for in other ways.

Getting through a deep clearing such as I experienced required that I let go of trying to "push the river" in my life and be fully in each now moment. For the first 2 weeks of January, I wasn't able to meditate, although once I started to meditate again, I started to feel better more quickly.

I slept and slept, and slept. I hardly ate, but I made sure I drank water and other liquids to flush out what my bodies were clearing. I lost weight, but not because I was dieting. I just gave my body what it wanted and my body did what it needed to do. When I ate something my body didn't want, it eliminated it rapidly.

I didn't even turn on the computer for nearly 2 weeks because I didn't have the energy to deal with EMF frequencies.

I stopped listening to the radio because I couldn't bear the commercials and "noise" of talk show people who didn't know anything jabbering on about hypotheticals as if they actually knew something.

I couldn't tolerate the lies and manipulations and fear mongering.

I hadn't taken anything to start this detox. It was my system's reaction to the new energies of 2025. It came from my commitment to organic Ascension. I was being given exactly what I needed to move forward on my spiritual path.

The organic Ascension is, in fact, happening . . . for "all willing heart," to quote Sandra Walter, an Ascension Guide with whom I'm studying. Ascension truly is available for everyone, but some people have not yet chosen it.

We are each free to choose because that is our Divine Will. When you choose organic Ascension, you begin to learn to put aside all judgment and to experience in each moment what is appropriate to your personal path.

Organic Ascension is a path of Love.

Loving Yourself and expressing that Love by taking good care of yourself is essential to making your path easier, gentler, and filled with Grace.

Now that I'm pretty much through this detox, I feel energetically stronger, brighter, and lighter. My mind is clearer than ever. I'm feeling very creative. And I'm also discovering that my psychic abilities are expanded.

I still have to rebuild my physical strength and stamina, as I wasn't able to be physically active while in the detox.
