One of the best ways I know to move through the grieving process is to clear the negative thinking-and-feeling patterns.
For example, if you're filled with regrets and remorse, and you're telling yourself over and over that you "coulda, shoulda, woulda" done better, known more, done more, done less, made fewer mistakes, and on and on, then you may need some help to break out of this cycle.
