ON A PERSONAL NOTEDear Friend,
Going from the Solstice to a Full Moon has made this an intense week.
The Solstice energies required that I sleep and sleep. For 3 days, it was all I could do to stay awake for a few hours at a time. Eating meals meant trying to keep myself from nodding off while chewing.
These energies were transforming us to such a degree that they put us out of commission so that we could integrate them fully.
Right behind the Solstice came the full moon that we're experiencing right now. For me, the full moon means sleepless nights and restless energies during the day, despite fatigue from lack of sleep. My sacrum and entire body does a dance that often twists me up uncomfortably, but this time, so far, my body is handling it better.
Our spiritual ride into the New Age continues. To assist yourself, become very patient and loving with yourself. Remember to ask your Ascension Team, guides, and I Am Presence to help you integrate as easily and comfortably as possible.

Honor your physical body.
Your physical body is spiritual, too. It's the temple of your Soul expressing on the Earth Plane. Honor your body this month. Give it lots of nurturance, gratitude, and appreciation. Listen to the messages it sends you. Create a stronger partnership. This will strengthen your ability to manifest your dreams.

The host is Cyma (pronounced Simma) Shapiro, and she's dynamite! We had a fun time recording it, so I know you'll have a great time listening.
