The loss of an animal companion, human friend or family member, job, home, health, financial resources -- even the loss of your dream for your future -- all these and more can plunge you into grief.
Grieving is exhausting because it drains your energy. You may feel sad, alone, lonely, angry, guilt, depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed, all at the same time, in rapid succession, and in various combinations.
The grieving process moves in cycles, so even when you feel better for awhile, you may end up going back into grief once again if you don't know how to release yourself.
Unresolved grief, buried inside you, can rear it's head each time you experience a new loss. It doesn't go away unless you do the work to clear it.
The good news is, you can free yourself from the grieving process storing up unresolved grief inside your body.
