Assalamualaykum Friend,

We hope you are doing well in both eeman and health.

Sadaqah refers to any voluntary act of kindness or righteousness without expecting anything in return.

There is no minimum amount or regularity required for giving Sadaqah. It can be categorized into short-term acts and Sadaqah Jariyah, which provides long-term benefits.

Sadaqah encompasses a wide range of actions, from sharing knowledge to simple acts of kindness, all considered valuable contributions.

Islam teaches that ethics and good character are the most important qualities of a believer. Doing good deeds is part of being a true Muslim. Islam gives us guidance in all areas of life, such as marriage and work. Islam gives us a clear purpose in life–to please God.

Politeness is behaviour towards others “marked by an appearance of consideration, tact, deference, or courtesy”. Politeness is a form of kindness and respect. It promotes a peaceful world. It enhances positive feelings. It prevents hurt feelings. It motivates others to be kind.

Blessed to serve you on your Qur'an journey,
