Subject: Being a True Servant of Al-Haqq 🤍

Many times when we see the names and attributes of Allah (ta’ala), what comes to your mind is the promise that whoever memorizes them will enter Janna

Assalamualaykum Friend,

We hope you are doing well in both eeman and health.

Al-Haqq is one of the ninety-nine beautiful names of Allah and it means “The Truth”.

Allah (SWT) mentions the name in the Quran, “For that is Allah, your Lord, the Truth. And what can be beyond truth except for error? So how are you averted?” (Quran 10:32)

Many times when we see the names and attributes of Allah, what comes to our mind is the promise that whoever memorizes them will enter Jannah.

But beyond their benefit when memorized, knowing the names and their meanings serves more purposes for us as Muslims.

We know that Allah is the Truth. But how do we apply this knowledge in our own lives? How do we live as servants of “The Truth” such that we are an embodiment of this attribute?

Top Picks For The Day

There are many times that you want to give Sadaqah but you don’t have the money. You want to donate to relief or charity organizations but you only have enough to get by yourself till the next paycheck.

For many of us who are non-Arab Muslims, tajweed is more often than not a learning curve for us. When you listen to Qaris reciting the Quran, you wish to attain their level of proficiency. Not just in melody, but in the way that they pronounce each letter perfectly.

Many parents, especially Muslims, have the desire to raise their children in line with their faith. As Muslims, the code of conduct of Islam is what guides our daily lives and also what guides us as we raise the next generation.

As Muslims, we know the importance of staying away from sins. We know that it racks up bad deeds for us and can get us punished on the Day of Judgment. But with that, because we are created to be fallible, you find yourself still committing some sins every now and then.

Blessed to serve you on your Qur'an journey,
