Subject: 5 Duas For Good Health 🤍

Good health is one of the greatest blessings of Allah (ta’ala). When you are healthy, your worries are fewer.

Assalamualaykum Companions,

We hope you are doing well in both eeman and health.

Good health is one of the greatest blessings of Allah (ta’ala). When you are healthy, your worries are fewer. You can do all the things that you would not ordinarily be able to do if you were ill.

Even though we sometimes take our good health for granted, it is a good thing to always make dua for good health so that Allah (ta’ala) will continue to bless us with it and not make our health a trial for us.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “There are two blessings which many people lose: (They are) health and free time for doing good.” (Bukhari)

For every Muslim, healthy or not, the duas for good health should be a part of our daily duas, and we share five here that are easy to memorize and recite daily.

Top Picks For The Day

One of the best decisions we can make for our children as Muslim parents are to help them understand the Quran. To help them start a lifetime journey of getting to know Allah and worship Him as He has commanded us to do.

You probably know the struggle. I’m talking about the struggle to perform your Salahs at the right times. You’ve been out all day and couldn’t find a masjid or a private place to pray, so you delay your Salah till you got home. Or you stood up to do one chore around the house, but before you know it, you’ve spent time spring-cleaning the kitchen and you missed the time for Salah.

All of us know our time in dunya is limited, and we consciously or sub-consciously are striving towards collecting as many good deeds as possible. We sometimes falter, and as humans, we do commit sins, either intentionally or otherwise.

A couple of days ago, I heard heartbreaking news about a relative of mine. She was just ten days away from giving birth to her baby but heard the words which no parent wishes to hear - the baby had just died in her womb. No reasons were given for the cause of death. The doctors were left puzzled and shocked.

Blessed to serve you on your Qur'an journey,
