Stick to the schedule as closely as possible. Start your day with a morning routine that includes exercise, breakfast, and planning the day's tasks. Schedule regular breaks throughout the day and a set time to end work.


2. SET CLEAR BOUNDARIES:

Clear boundaries help prevent burnout and ensure you have time for self-care and relaxation. Define your work hours and personal time. Communicate these boundaries to your team and clients. For example, if your workday ends at 6 PM, make sure to shut down your computer and avoid checking work emails after that time.
