Dr. Hew Len Has Left The World A Cleaner Place...

Dr. Hew Len is also known as Ihaleakala left his outer shell after decades devoted to helping others bring understanding and healing to their lives. You may not be familiar with him or his work known as

Ho'oponopono has a remarkable philosophy called "cleaning" that is documented along with his student Dr. Joe Vitale who was featured in the film "The Secret" based on the Rhonda Byrne book of the same name.
I first learned of Dr. Len through Dr. Vitale and Dr. Steven G. Jones and became so fascinated with Ho'oponopono that I signed up for the Ho'oponopono Practitioner Certification course.

It was through Dr. Len that I learned about cleaning, the energy powers of blue water, and adding cornmeal to the foods that I make. However one of the most important lessons I've learned so far is the affirmation I great several times a day to myself: "Thank you, I'm sorry, please forgive me and thank you." I can't recommend the course by Dr. Lenn and Vitale enough, it is well worth your time and investment.

In fact, in honor of Dr. Hew Len, the course is being offered at a greatly reduced investment, and once completed you qualify to become a Ho'oponopono Practitioner. Thank you Dr. Len for preserving your teachings for us.

8 Ways to Boost Your Creativity

Creativity can be found in all aspects of life. It can inspire you to cook a new type of cuisine, allow you to author a novel, or enable you to simply do your work every day. Creativity isn't limited to only artists or a musician. Everyone can be creative. When you want to be more creative, try the following ways to boost creativity anytime.

Listen to music: Take a ten-minute break to listen to your favorite tunes. Music can get your blood pumping and your creative juices flowing. Get up and dance to the music for that extra boost of endorphins.

Go for a walk: Taking a 10 to 20-minute brisk walk in nature will help to clear your thoughts and unleash new ideas to spark your creativity.

Take a Nap: It's hard to work or be creative when you are tired. If possible, take a power nap. Set the alarm so that you don’t sleep too long. Find a cool and comfortable place to rest for up to 90 minutes.

Laugh: One of the best boosters of creativity is laughter. There are many ways to bring on more laughter into your life. Spend time with people who are funny. Play with your kids and pets. Watch babies laughing videos on YouTube or a comedy show on Netflix.

"The chief enemy of creativity is 'good' sense."

- Pablo Picasso

Meditate: Learning how to meditate can make a big difference in your level of creativity, as well as how fast you can bring it on when you need it. Just 10 minutes of medication can help you relax, clear your mind and refocus your energies.

Talk it out: Sometimes it’s good to hash out with someone who can ask the right questions. If you have a friend who is good with this, give them a call when you need that boost. You can also hire a coach or find a mentor who will be available when you need it.

Surround yourself with blue and green: According to scientific studies, the colors blue and green can help you become more creative. Surrounding yourself with these calming, peaceful colors will give you the feel of being in nature.

Let go of perfection: There is no such thing as perfection so stop trying to achieve it. When you let go of the fear of mistakes and the idea of perfection, you clear your mind of clutter and can refocus that part on being creative.

Being more creative can open a whole new world of possibilities. Tapping into it isn't hard, it just takes finding what calms your mind and gives you inspiration.

How to Master Self-Discipline

Self-discipline is something many people lack but everyone should strive to have more of. One who is self-disciplined often has a life full of success, happiness, and satisfaction. Not to mention, they’re likely to have more money and better health.

Being self-disciplined doesn’t mean you never have fun It just means that you know the steps you need to take to reach your goals and you’re committed to doing them, even when you prefer not to.

So, how can you become more self-disciplined? Let's take a look.

To be self-disciplined, you must first have a goal and a plan to reach it.  This plan can translate into small daily steps that you need to take daily, weekly or on another timeframe. When take the steps without much thought, it's because you've trained yourself to do it.

Self-discipline includes being aware of temptations or obstacles you may face and knowing how you will avoid or overcome them. For example, if you want to eat better, don't bring unhealthy foods into your home. If you need to write a paper, go directly to your desk and write it before making other plans.

"The only discipline that lasts is

self-discipline."

- Bum Phillips

Another way to become more disciplined is to replace bad habits with good ones. When you first dump the bad habit, it may feel like a void remains. By incorporating a good habit in its place, you fill this void, leaving no room to backslide.

Let's talk about motivation for a moment. The biggest lie you've probably ever heard has to do with waiting for motivation to come to you. Motivation doesn’t come from outside; it comes from within you. The only way to get motivated is just start doing. The more you do, the more motivated you will feel. So, stop waiting and start doing.

If you struggle with self-discipline, it can help to have an accountability partner. If you have a friend or family member who knows your goals and understands your struggle, ask them to help while you create these new habits. You might even find a partner who has similar goals that you can work with.

A great way to stay motivated on your new path is to visually see your progress. Some progress you can easily see, like with weight loss. Other goals may not have a visual representation… but you can create one. Whatever your goal, create a tracking sheet or other visual to help you quickly see and remember your progress as you go about your day.

Becoming more self-disciplined simply means that you do what needs to be done to reach your goals, even when you don't want to. The easiest way to do this is to create SMART goals that allow you to develop a step-by-step plan of how you are going to reach them. Once that's done, you simply need to take action on that plan. Before you know it, you'll have more self-discipline and a lot more happiness.

Goals Can Be Achieved With a Little Hypnosis Training

Ever had a goal in life? A lot of us do and this is what keeps us going every single day. While most of us put in the hours to make that happen, it wouldn’t hurt to get a boost from someone who has had hypnosis training.

People with hypnosis training can help you achieve your goals because studies have shown there is a link between your subconscious and conscious mind. Most of the time, our thoughts and actions are controlled by our subconscious so if you work on this, the rest will follow suit.

To make this happen, the specialist has to get you into the zone. Once you are in a trance-like state, the specialist will now impart a keyword into your subconscious so you can achieve your goal no matter how small it may be.

Specialists who are able to help anyone achieve their dreams will have a lot of clients. These will include ordinary people like yourself and athletes as well.

But will the help provided by the specialist guarantee that you will achieve your goal? No, because a specialist is merely a tool and it is your effort that will determine whether or not you make it happen. If you want to ace an exam, you have to study. If you want to win in an event, naturally you have to practice.

So if you think about it, there is no magic pill around that will help you achieve your goal. You must be prepared both mentally and physically to get the results you want.

If you want the help of a specialist, look at your phone directory or online. Once you have a few potentials, do some research by finding out how long they have been in the business, how much do they charge and what are their credentials.

Naturally, you want to work with someone who is renowned in the field so that you don’t waste your time and money.

There is no doubt that you can achieve almost anything with the help of someone with hypnosis training. Aside from helping you achieve your goals, they can also help people suffering from anxiety disorders, addictions, and low self-esteem. The common denominator with all of these is the fact that these are all psychological in origin.

This means that these are all in the mind and if you want to do something about it, you need someone to go deep into your subconscious so the proper changes can be made. This can only happen of course if you know someone who has had hypnosis training.

Did you know that you can also achieve your goals by getting hypnosis training? Yes, you can because there are courses offered with videos, worksheets, and exercises that can teach you everything there is to know.

If you don’t want to get hypnosis training, there is another option. You can buy a CD or download a recording from the web that focuses on goal setting. It is free so you should take advantage of it.

Nobody can be called a specialist and work with certain people without the proper hypnosis training. It is easy to learn and even you can be taught how to do it. You just need to put in the time and open up your mind.

Ways to Be More Present

Have you ever experienced something amazing but when you look back, it’s hard to remember how awesome it was? If you have experienced this before, you know how disappointing it is to look back and only be able to remember because someone took pictures. Thankfully, you can prevent that from happening by learning to be more mindful and present at the moment.

Get Rid of Distractions

Each experience can be enjoyed (or not) without adding all kinds of distractions to it. Whether you’re watching TV with your kids, preparing dinner, or walking in nature, you’re not going to get as much out if you try to multitask. The buzz of your phone and the noise around you can make it difficult to focus on the moment. Identify and eliminate distractions for each activity you want to truly experience.

Celebrate Every Joy

If you wake up, walk outside, and smell the coming rain, celebrate that. Take a moment to breathe it all in and feel how it makes you feel and enjoy it. Revel in it so that you never forget how you felt at that moment.

Check-in with Your Inner Self

Sometimes it’s easy to get distracted, even if you cut out the usual causes. If you want to ensure that you remember everything about the event, check in with yourself by naming the moment. Note what you hear, see, smell, and feel. The key here is to make the experience more memorable by envisioning the event in your mind’s eye. If this is too tough, try looking at things from another person’s perspective.

Practice Active Listening

One time that people often find themselves not at the moment and not present, believe it or not, is when they’re engaged in conversation. One reason has to do with the desire not to appear dumb and worrying about what you’re going to say. Instead, just listen. Don’t think about what you’re going to say to respond, only seek to hear what they’re saying and understand it.

Pay Attention to Your Body

One way to be present is to always pay close attention to the signals your body is giving you. If you’re tired, sick, hungry, or not in good form it can be hard to be present. Pay close attention to what you need so that you can provide it.

Name Your Feelings

When you have felt during any event in your life, name them, claim them, and fully experience them. Every emotion you feel is right. It doesn’t mean you have to act on the feelings, just simply acknowledge that this is how you feel in this moment.

Keep a Journal

To ensure that you remember the experiences you’re having, including the feelings, take some time each night or when you have a minute to write down how you felt, and what it was like.

Breathe

Check in with yourself during high-stress events, good or bad, to ensure that you are breathing correctly. Shockingly, something that we do unconsciously can be a problem, but stress can cause you to hold your breath.

If you focus on being more present in your life, you’ll experience a lot more satisfaction, happiness, and joy. The main reason is that you are genuinely feeling your feelings about what you’re experiencing which is going to help you remember it more. Life is for living, why go through it numbly without experiencing all it has to offer? Make it memorable.
