5 Ways to Showcase Your Positives

Positively showcasing yourself online and off is not hard if you’re ready to get real with yourself. Everyone has bad days, and often those bad times are when you’re most likely to share with others. This makes it easy to create a negative impression. If you don’t focus and engage during positive times, negatively can take over.

 

There are many ways to improve yourself enough that you can showcase yourself more constructively. If you want to prevent others from seeing you as a negative person, you must do the work and actively see positivity and push away the negativity.

 

Be Honest â€“ Be honest to your audience about who you or your business is as much as possible. If you want people to see you as a positive person, you must be honest with yourself about who you are. Know what you are projecting onto the world. People can spot fakers, and eventually, the truth will come to the surface, and usually, that is not a pretty sight if you need to hide it in the first place you should not do it.

 

Be Engaging â€“ Always engage with your audience and choose how to participate. Don’t engage with the negative comments left by users. The negativity will only prove the opposite of your goal to be known as a positive person. Always encourage positivity by engaging with those that do the same.

 Be A Leader â€“ Always be the one to reflect positivity first. This doesn’t mean you won’t have bad days or feel down occasionally but always try your best to reveal to others the positivity that you want them to see. Be a leader or a role model. Don’t expect something you want from others that you won’t do. First, be the example.

 

Be Aware â€“ Always be aware of your surroundings and the people that are there. Be mindful of the situations you are in now.

 

For example, if you want people to view you positively, don’t start a conversation about a subject that does not make sense for the event you are at. For example, don’t talk about your date on Friday, when you should be presenting your work.

 

Meditate â€“ Meditate or do anything to have moments to relax and be carefree. The less you stress you have in your life. The more positivity will come naturally to you.

 

Don’t allow yourself to focus on anything negatively for more than a few moments each day. Release any negative thoughts and emotions and be in the moment. The here and now is always the most essential thing in front of you.

 

Work on yourself and show everyone that you value positivity. This is done by working through and following the tips above. If you continue to be true to yourself and work to be a better person, you will have no problem showcasing yourself to the world in a positive way.

Six Steps for Living in the Moment

Living in the moment is freedom. When you can live in the here and now, you’ll gain freedom from worry, self-doubt, and guilt. Living in the moment promotes better health, improves relationships, and helps overcome stress. Use the following six tips to learn how to live in the moment for a happier and healthier life.

 

Get out of your mind â€“ Any time you notice you're in your mind and thoughts but not actually enjoying or participating fully in whatever you’re doing right this moment, get out of them. Use a word or strategy to help you notice when this happens, such as grounding by seeing right where you are. When you overthink everything, it’s hard to move forward. The more you think, the more you will mess up or become stressed.

 

Don’t focus on your future â€“ Instead, do the thing you’re worried about. Do it now, if possible. Yes, you want a house, but you don’t have the money for the down payment. It’s okay, don’t worry. Start saving money and move on from that thought. Please don’t dwell on the fact you are not in a home yet. The only authentic action you can take right now is to save money, so focus on that. Only focus on what you can make happen

Be ok with nothing – Living in the moment
means you may not always be actively doing something. You might just be sitting
there, and that is ok. Look around you and see what you might not have noticed
before while you were to worry about doing something. You might find or learn
something new about yourself. Boredom is a catalyst for creativity.

 

Let go of the past â€“ Forget about the mistakes you made in the past.  View your mistakes as learning lessons never to repeat. Stop using the valuable time you have now thinking about your past mistakes or what could have been. Instead, if you are thinking about “what could have been,” go out and make it happen now.

 

Understand Your why â€“ Why do you feel the need to live in the moment more? What exactly are you doing that is preventing it? Focus on it and see what you can do to fix it or eliminate the roadblocks in place, preventing you from focusing on the now.

 

Lose track of time â€“ Stop looking at the clock every time you go somewhere or while you are doing something. Living in the moment means you are enjoying it, and time will go by fast. Don’t distract yourself with things that don’t matter now, like what time it is. If you look up and are worried about how much time has passed or that the event is about to be over, you are already distracting yourself. Immediately stop and get back to what you were doing.

 

Living in the moments allows you to value life and free yourself from stress and other needless worries. It will enable you to open your life to contentment and ultimate happiness. If you work on living in the moment, you will find yourself feeling happier in the long run.

Learn the Art of Being Grateful

Being grateful means truly understanding how much we already do have without asking for any more. When you are in a state of gratitude, so many more things to be grateful for come our way.

Take a look around you, there is so much to be grateful for, but you need to stand up and take notice. When you start to understand the simple blessing such as butterflies or flowers that envelope your life, you will feel more joy. Once you feel more joy, you will manifest more joyful events in your life.

Write Your Own Thoughts

If you really want to get the most out of the Law of Attraction, then you must consciously control your own thoughts on a daily basis. Sometimes you must control your thoughts on a moment-by-moment basis.

If you find yourself going into negative or self-sabotaging thoughts, you need to take responsibility in several ways.

  • Think positively

  • Concentrate on all that you are grateful for

  • Give yourself positive affirmations

By creating your thoughts to show up as you wish, you create your life to show up as you wish, as well.
