Sitar Concert and Meditation tomorrow!

Hello friends! I'm here let you know about a last minute offering happening tomorrow afternoon on Salt Spring Island!

Sitar, Stories, Yoga and Meditation in collaboration with Zamir Dhanji.

This will be a sneak peak of a magical Yoga Teacher Training that will be taking place in Costa Rica in April, hosted by Zamir.

I will also be there (in Costa Rica), contributing music, meditation and some of the yogic philosophy taught by my Spiritual Teacher, Maestro Tulshi Sen.

Our first tour stop features masterful sitar music by Prosad. He will provide a raga performance followed by a Mahavakyam (mantra) meditation. Afterwards we will all join together in Kirtan with Prosad and Blaire Francis and the New Seeds.

By the end, we bind the sacred web between tradition and modernity to catch a vision of yoga for our time.
