Yoga Teacher Training with Live Sitar Meditations

I have some very exciting news, we have arrived in Costa Rica!

I will be here with Daisy for the next few months (or possibly more?). We are working on many offerings that will be released soon, but there is one very exciting event coming up that I wanted to tell you about right away.

In April of this year, I will be assisting with a month long yoga teacher training near Uvita, in the south of Costa Rica. It will be run by my good friend Zamir Dhanji, who is a wonderful yogi and a wise soul. During the second week of the training I will be offering live sitar music, musical meditations and talks on Mantra and the Four Mahavakyam, based on my Spiritual Teacher Tulshi Sen's book, Ancient Secrets of Success. It is going to be magical. If you ever wanted to complete your Yoga Teacher Training, this is the perfect time.
